The cottage itself was clean and modern, perfect for our group of friends. We loved the secret door that connected the two cottages, making it easy to hang out and have a blast together. Plus, the location was awesome - we got to go canoeing nearby and even caught a Norwich City Football Club match. It was a total blast!
If I had to ask for one thing, it would be for more party activities for us young folks. While the cottage was amazing, it would have been even better if there were some fun games or entertainment options specifically for young party-goers.

Great value for the money, spacious and cozy cottage with beautiful furniture and fittings. The location was perfect, peaceful yet close to a small sandy beach, convenience store, and cafe. The staff were friendly and attentive to our needs.
The breakfast option could be improved by offering a wider variety of choices.

The cottage was spacious and cozy, perfect for our Christmas getaway. We loved the idyllic setting and the beautiful views from the bedrooms. the location was great, with a lovely beach just a short walk away. We also appreciated the secure garden, which was perfect for our dog. the cottage had all the amenities we needed, including a well-equipped kitchen and plenty of dining space. it was a great place for a big family gathering during the holidays.
That there was only one bathroom in the cottage, and it was located downstairs directly off the kitchen. This made it a bit inconvenient, especially for larger groups.

We had a wonderful time at the cottage, enjoying the peaceful location and proximity to the beach. the cottage had all the amenities we needed, including a fully equipped kitchen and a large dining room for our family meals. the secure garden was perfect for the children to play in. the spacious bedrooms offered lovely views, and the convenience of a nearby supermarket was a bonus.
The location of the bathroom downstairs, which was a bit inconvenient, especially at night.

We had an idyllic stay at a spacious and cosy cottage, perfect for our group of 10/12. the secret door under the stairs was a clever touch. the location was brilliant, with Sea Palling beach just a 20-minute walk away. the cottage was well-equipped, with plenty of mugs, glasses, tableware, and a great coffee machine. the secure garden was a bonus for our dog. the views from the bedrooms were lovely, and we had an amazing family New Year's stay.
